Fluid Applications

Here at PSM, we design and manufacture liquid pressure sensor products tailored towards fluid applications, such as industrial tank level liquid measurement and pressure level measurement.

Our tank level measurement products are suitable for tanks from 1m – 50m, and our pressure level measurement products are suitable from 100 mB – 60 Bar.

Drawing upon our over 40 years of global industry experience, our fluid pressure sensors offer the highest possible standards of performance, versatility, functionality and reliability, and are designed and constructed to withstand the toughest operating conditions.

Our APT500 4-20mA transmitters are suited to, and approved for, fluid applications, and can be manufactured from a choice of construction materials depending on the application with a robust construction and high overload tolerance.

Similarly, our APT1000 is manufactured from a choice of materials and, in addition to its 4-20mA output also has RS485 connection capability. Using industry standard Modbus protocol the APT1000 can be remotely configured and also report measurement signals via this serial link.

All our liquid pressure and level sensors are IECEx and ATEX certified for use in a range of fluid applications, including hazardous areas.
