VERSATILE PROCESS MONITORING DISPLAY

Our Versatile Process Monitoring (VPM) Display is a powerful signal processing and display unit that communicates directly with Modbus enabled instruments. Primarily designed to partner with the PSM APT1000 range of transmitters , the unit can also accept, scale, and display data from other Modbus devices.

The VPM can be user configured to suit the application including number of inputs, scaling and display layout.

Multiple VPM units can be interconnected and share data via a standard Ethernet network.

An RS485 output port provides a consolidated Modbus map of the status of all monitored instruments allowing simple data sharing with other systems.

 

Key features include:

• Display and control operator module providing a Human Machine Interface (HMI) to the process application
• 7” VGA high visibility touchscreen with wired or pop-up keyboard
• Powerful ARM A8 Cortex processor running the Linux operating system with on board and dual SD card memory
